Mr Tilak Ranabhat is the CEO of the company. He is a reputed person of the country in the field of business and social sectors; he has been to many countries like India, China, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Japan, USA etc for his business purpose. He has represented Nepal in International scenario from quite a time. He is also the President of Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies, which has 600 foreign employment agencies under it. He is the Managing Director of Noor Opportunities Overseas Pvt. Ltd. His other associate companies are (Chairman) Kohinoor Investment & Securities (P) Ltd, Nepal, (Managing Director) National I.C.T. Promotion (P) Ltd, Nepal, (President) Employment Consultant International Inc., and New York, America.

Mr. Ranabhat has completed his Masters degree in Business management and has gained ample experience in travel & hospitality industry. During his work in the field of Himalayan Tourism, he has successfully led many Himalayan treks, adventure-tours and countless outdoor activities in all major tourist-destinations of the country. He is well reputed person in field of Tourism. Mr. Ranabhat is also General Manager of Noor opportunities Overseas (P) LTD and Managing Director of Kohinoor Investment and Securities, Nepal. He is also the President of Society of Kaskely Youth and the Vice- President of Jana Bikash Saving and Credit Co-operative Ltd, Nepal.
